WELCOME TO
Sisterhood established through Christ
In spring 2005 the Nu chapter of Sigma Alpha Omega was formed at Western Carolina University.
We are a Christian social sorority. There are many different activities throughout the semester! Bible Studies are held every week for sisters to attend. Various social events are planned throughout the semester including fall semi-formal, spring formal,movie nights, crafts nights, scavenger hunts, sisterhood retreat, and tailgating at football games. Sisters participate in service projects and fundraisers held throughout the year including volunteering at Community Table, Relay for Life, Dance Marathon, Pie-A-Sister Day, and Parents Night Out.

We regularly hold bible studies, prayer nights, and encourage deepening relationships with Christ.

We organize weekly and monthly social events including retreats, semi formal, and formal.

We regularly participate in service events and fundraising for Ovarian Cancer Awareness.

We are the only Christian Sorority at Western Carolina University

As a non-denominational Sorority we accept all Christian women in their own personal faith walks.
